Shipping times provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

We are not liable for any shipping delays or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. SovereigntyX is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping fees for returned packages due to address errors.
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipment fees.

3. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. SovereigntyX is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received.

  • Lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.

  • Damage caused during transit.

In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. While we may assist in the process, the ultimate resolution is at the carrier’s discretion.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been shipped. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made, and the customer may need to initiate a return upon receipt if eligible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Order Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship to the following countries: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

  • Customs and Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

SovereigntyX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or other household members.

  • Verify your delivery address.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within [X] days of receipt with:

8. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

9. Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

  • Address Changes: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
